Richard Craig Smith - founder of Spencersmith Homes began constructing traditional homes back in 1978 building. 

Today we have two division, one for the design of a home and the other is to construct a new home.

The process starts begins with New Design Studios, who prepares the house plans and determines what a clients budget should be to meet the description of their dream home.

When the plans are finished, is when Omni Builders begins to price out and schedule your new home.
